differentiate
⇒ 2[2f(2x) – f(x)] = 2x + 2 ⇒ 2f(2x) – f(x) = x + 1 ..........(i)
⇒ 4f(4x) – 2f(2x) = 2 (2x + 1) = 4x + 2 ..........(ii)
⇒ 8f (8x) – 4f(4x) = 2(8x + 2) = 16x + 4 ..........(iii)
Add (i) + (ii) and (iii) we get
